Couriers pick up all parcels from our warehouse every business day (Not weekends and Public holidays). Parcels are sent by either Australia Post Eparcel, Couriers Please, TNT or DHL Express depending on your location. If you have not received your parcel within the specified time frame and believe that it could be lost or delayed, please email us at info@cafec.com.au for more information.

All the products on our website are in our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. Your order will be shipped with 24 hours of being received.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of being received, unless informed otherwise of any delay. (This does not include weekends, as the warehouse is only open from Mon-Fri and closed for public holidays.) 

Transit times are generally 2-5 Business Days Australia Wide. Regional areas may have slightly longer shipping times.
